We were interested in selling some of my wife's jewelry. After a quick conversation on the phone, we popped in later in the afternoon. Nick was really curteous and friendly as he sorted through her collection, answering our questions as we went. We were offerred a very fair price, which we acccpted and payment was in our bank 5 mins later. Altogether a very easy experience for something that can be quite difficult. I would definately use Parry's again.
Great fast service getting my watch strap adjusted. Very helpful and they took care to ensure the fit was correct before I left the shop. Beautiful array of jewellery too.
Incredibly helpful staff… fixed the clasp on my bracelet while I waited, and took a look at my Dad’s watch and called me straight away to inform me that it wasn’t the battery that was the issue. Highly recommend!
I purchased a new braclet style watch strap for my existing watch. On receipt it was a little tight on my wrist. I was told they coujd add spare links. On picking up the adjusted watch,the fit was much more comfortable. At the same time, I brought in a dress watch of mine that needed a link adding. This was done in-store at the same time, and when asked how much I owed, was told it was done with their compliments. Very friendly, family run feel about the business. Service was very good. I need to purchase some cuff links as a Christmas present and will be making my way to Parrys for these.
Excellent service! Nick was really knowledgeable, and given I was there to value my ‘old’ wedding rings, very compassionate. I was given a number of different options when my rings were valued & under no pressure to sell there & then - which I did & was very happy with the service.
Just took my Tag Carrera Watch into Parry's , Nick examined it and recommended getting it serviced which I have booked it in for .Nick is very knowledgeble and helpful and the lady in there was great , fantastic local customer service .
I commissioned Parry’s to restyle two of my rings to one trilogy ring, to say I’m over the moon would be an understatement - it’s absolutely stunning! Nick and his team are not only professional but they’re friendly and took care to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Back in June, my partner and I went to Fort William for a getaway. It is somewhere that is close to my heart and I had always wanted to show him the beauty of the highlands. On our final day in the fort before heading around the west coast we went for a walk to bask in the nature around us. Rather amusingly I had made several references to Lord of the Rings unaware that my beautiful better half was indeed a ring bearer, but unlike Frodo, Bryn was carrying a ring to be kept and to treasure, not to be cast away. After 8 1/2 years I got to say yes to my best friend! Parry’s of Malvern supplied us with the ring! Although, I am not privy to the cost of said engagement ring (pictured below). I am assured that Nick from Parry’s handled the whole transaction with utmost care from selecting the ring (which is no easy feat given how indecisive my fiancé can be) and through the entire payment process. I am also assured that Nick provided very good prices for both the ring and the services. Upon our return from Scotland we popped in to get the ring resized. Nick was pleased that the proposal was a success and as a special favour to us, resized the ring for free! Parry’s of Malvern truly is the epitome of customer and we are thrilled to be buying our wedding rings from them soon!
Went to Parrys today at closing time in the hope of getting links taken out if my watch. Nick was extremely helpful and stayed open for me, his service was above and beyong compared to high street chains. Very efficient and professional, would highly recommend.
