We are confident you will love your jewellery from Parrys of Malvern but should you have made the wrong selection you can return your item within 28 days from the date of receipt and we will be happy to arrange an exchange for you.
We offer refunds for defective products only. We do not offer Refunds on other products unless every opportunity to make right a situation has been exhausted including repair and or replacement.
Exchanges can be made in person at Parrys of Malvern, 115 Church Street, Worcester, WR14 2AJ.
Goods must be returned in the original Parrys box or suppliers’ box along with your receipt.
In the case of Gem set items, they must be accompanied with any grading reports or certification, if originally sold with one.
Please note that we cannot offer an exchange on special order items, bespoke items or items which have been engraved at your request.
Under the circumstance that you are unable to choose anything to exchange for on the day, we will offer a credit note for the amount to spend in store with up to 12 months to use.
Any store policy will not alter any of your statutory consumer rights.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service
(or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification,
price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Unless specified otherwise any metals taken out during the repair procedure will be used towards the price of the repair to help keep the price down for you.
We are unable to guarantee water resistance on any watch batteries fitted on the premises. We can however send watches away for this to be done under a guarantee if needed.
To cover charges for a trained professional to assess the level of work to be carried out and the postage and packaging charges on work that must be outsourced for repair, there will be a covering charge that can vary between £15 – £35. If proceeded, we will absorb these charges.
